2. Description of Services

Awinza provides a digital loyalty and rewards platform connecting customers with participating businesses (including cafés, restaurants, salons, retail outlets, and local service providers). The Service allows customers to:

• Collect digital stamps by scanning merchant QR codes during eligible visits or transactions.
• Track stamp cards and milestone progress digitally without physical punch cards.
• Unlock and redeem rewards, discounts, and promotional offers at participating merchant locations.
• Manage their customer loyalty profile and preferences.

3.User Registration & Account Security

To collect stamps and redeem rewards, you may be required to register using your phone number or email address with One-Time Password (OTP) verification.

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and devices.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account.
• Each user is allowed one primary personal account. Creating automated, bot-driven, or duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.

Awinza acts as a loyalty technology platform. Participating businesses are independent commercial entities. We do not manufacture, sell, prepare, or warrant the products or services provided by merchants. Any disputes regarding product quality, food allergies, service execution, or pricing must be resolved directly with the respective merchant.

6.Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy

When using Awinza, you agree NOT to:

• Manipulate, falsify, duplicate, or fraudulently scan loyalty QR codes without authentic in-person visits or purchases.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or reverse engineering tools against our API or web applications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of our servers and networks.
• Attempt to bypass stamp limits, velocity checks, or geolocation verification.

Violations of this policy may lead to immediate revocation of accumulated stamps and permanent account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, visual designs, UI elements, software code, and content associated with Awinza are the property of Awinza Technologies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

8.Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Our data handling practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By using Awinza, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Awinza and its founders, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

10.Account Deletion & Data Erasure

Users have the right to request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time in compliance with Google Play Store User Data Policies and applicable privacy regulations.

11.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune / Maharashtra, India.
